Milano Design - A new story to tell  : Simmetrico 


In Milan, we encountered the challenge of reshaping the business strategy of one of the best creative design companies ; Simmetrico . The owner, personally deeply involved in finalizing the design of a museum, communicated his limited availability for us. Nevertheless, he gave us his full trust to start work with his team members on the strategy concept . So ..we embarked on an intensive exploration of Simmetrico and it s core business: : Storytelling concepts and Experience design.

We had a deep dive into company and it s people, it s business culture, her competitor field and its market mechanisms. Through immersive workshops with young company talent in both Milan and Dubai and reviews by the senior staff, we crafted a clear vision for the company's future to be presented to the owner. With some sessions with himself we could conclude in a effective we a strategy framework for implementation.

To address financial success, We strategically pursued quick wins in a select few emerging markets, aligning with Simmetrico's unique selling points.
Empowering young talent injected fresh energy and innovative business ideas into the company. Intensifying client interactions uncovered new opportunities, resulting in significant improvements in executive sales. Along with the revamped company structure, this gave Simmetrico a new perspective allowing to focus on their strengths: conceptual design and storytelling. The contract secured by the young team for the Indonesian Pavilion at the Osaka Expo 2025 marked the beginning of a new era."

Energizing power play  - niche market strategy : Aggreko

Aggreko UAE experienced remarkable growth in the mid-2010s, driven by the surge in events across the UAE. They excelled in providing energy for extra peak needs or as secure backup during events. This success prompted the questions: could this local success story be globalized into a global business ? Was providing energy supply at events, sourced from generators in steel containers, a niche opportunity?

We spotted a mega trend: events were hitting epic scales, and remote spots were becoming the new stages, demanding flexible and reliable power solutions. To meet this demand, we pitched the idea of a powerhouse hub  in the UAE  to amplify this unique expertise. With this team in Dubai, we crafted a roadmap for product development by this business unit. This led led to the birth of compact, plug-and-play modular energy setups, easy and quick to install. We also ignited the development of new technical solutions with batteries and solar power, positioning Aggreko as a headliner in power solutions for events and sports. 

Fast forward a decade, and Aggreko is the headliner in sustainable and versatile power solutions for events and sports. We take pride in having pioneered this sector within the Aggreko portfolio.
